1. Introduction
1.1 By participating in the promotion "Win 1 of 3 Eco-Friendly Escapes at Tiny Astrid, cruising in the new Volvo EX30—flights included!" you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion commences on 27 August at 9.00AM (AEST) and concludes on 12 October at 4:00 PM (AEDT).
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form at winwithvolvo.intothewildescapes.com
4.2 This is a game of skill. To be eligible to enter, participants must answer the following question:
In 25 words or less where would you put Tiny Astrid in Australia and why?
Be as creative as you like, most creative 3 answers win.
4.3 Only one online entry per person is permitted.
4.4 Participants attending one of the Volvo activations in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane will have a second chance to enter by scanning the QR code provided at the event and submitting their details.
5. Prizes
5.1 There are 3 prizes available. Each prize consists of:
- Flights valued up to $1,000
- 2 nights stay at Tiny Astrid valued at $1,000
- Use of a Volvo EX30 for the stay valued at $400
- Total prize value: $2,400 per winner
5.2 The total prize value for the promotion is $7,200.
6. Prize Draw
6.1 The prize draw will take place at Into The Wild Escapes, 408, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills on 14 October at 10:00 AM (AEDT).
6.2 Winners will be chosen based on the creativity of their answers.
6.3 Winners will be notified by email and phone within five days of the draw.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1 Prizes must be used between 1 November 2024 and 30 March 2025.
7.2 The two-night stay excludes public holidays and peak seasons. For details on public holidays and peak seasons, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the Into The Wild Escapes website.
7.3 Use of the Volvo EX30 supplied in each prize is conditional on the winner entering into a vehicle loan agreement with Volvo Car Australia Pty Ltd. Eligibility conditions apply - including, but not limited to, the winner holding a valid Australian drivers license.
7.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of the prize.
8. Publicity
8.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.3 The promotion is subject to all applicable state and territory laws and regulations.
9.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
10. Privacy
10.1 The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
